Tom has been the owner of TLC Insurance Agency since 2003. He has been in the insurance industry since 1990. He enjoys spending time with his wife Diane, kids, and grandkids.

Amanda joined TLC Insurance in December 2008. She specializes in Commercial Lines Insurance. She has two sons Clayton and Liam, and a daughter Kendall Rae. Fall is her favorite time of the year, although it is her husband Dan’s busiest time on their family farm.

Tom joined TLC Insurance Agency in October 2015 as a Sales Agent. He is married to Shannon and has 2 children Blake & Cora. Tom enjoys spending time with his family, watching his kids play sports, and playing golf. He is also a big Michigan State fan.
Roxanne Maedel
Roxanne rejoined TLC Insurance in January 2018. She specializes in Commercial Lines. She is married to Steve and has 2 children, Laura and David. They also have a Blue Healer named Red. Roxanne enjoys helping her husband on their family farm.
Trisha Hooper
Trisha joined TLC Insurance in December 2003. She specializes in Personal Lines. She is married to Jason and they have two children, Brennen and Ava. She enjoys the summer and fall months being outdoors, camping, and watching her kids play sports.
Amber Jones
Amber joined TLC Insurance in November 2021. She is married to Sean and they have 3 children, Taylar (Jeremy), Brayden, and Blake. In Amber’s free time she enjoys camping, hanging out with her family and friends, and watching her boys play sports.
Diana Skelton
Diana joined TLC Insurance in May 2025. She is married to Gerry and they have 2 children. Diana is a huge animal lover and has quite an assortment of dogs that she takes care of and enjoys playing with. Diana also enjoys scuba diving and spends a lot of time crafting.
Rachelle Wadsworth
Rachelle joined TLC Insurance in August 2023. She is married to Jeff and they have 3 children, Lukas, Jake, and Katelynn. They have a dog, Mandy and two indoor cats, Floyd and Mocha. Fall is her favorite time of year. She enjoys spending time with her family, camping, playing golf, and attending her kid’s activities and sporting events.
